    Our approach to payment options varies between our Instagram Live Sales and listings on our website. For website purchases, we provide two primary payment plan methods, Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4, subject to approval. If you're eyeing a piece valued at over $1,000 and wish to explore an alternative payment arrangement, we do offer in-house payment plans. These plans require a nonrefundable deposit of 30% upfront, with the remaining balance due within one month of receiving the invoice.   • What if my package is lost or stolen?
    In the event that your package goes missing or is stolen, we are committed to assisting you in its recovery to the best of our abilities. You can track your shipment online using the tracking number provided via email. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office to help verify its location. For packages that were insured at checkout, you have the option to initiate a claim either at your local post office branch or through their online platform, utilizing the provided tracking number. However, it's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for packages that fall into these categories.
  • What is your processing time?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    We do not provide the option for order cancellations. We kindly request that you thoroughly review all product photos, videos, and descriptions prior to finalizing your purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, please be aware that we are unable to accommodate cancellations or issue refunds.
  • What it your Return Policy?
    We understand that making a purchase can be a big decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice. However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items. We've taken great care to accurately represent each crystal, and because of their natural origins, small imperfections may be present. These unique characteristics add to the beauty and individuality of each piece. All sales are final.
  • What if I provided the incorrect address?
    We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address. Our shipping labels are generated directly from the information provided by the buyer. Therefore, it is crucial that you carefully review your address details before confirming your order. Should a package be returned to us, rest assured that we will make the necessary arrangements to resend it to the correct address. However, the buyer will be responsible for postage fees associated with reprinting a new label.
  • How much is shipping?
    Within the United States: Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for complimentary shipping International: Shipping costs for international orders are a flat rate of $19. International Import Tax and Duties: It's important to note that any import taxes or duties are not within our responsibility. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • What if a piece is damaged upon arrival?
    We take the utmost care in packaging our crystals to ensure they are safe and secure during transit. For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing package insurance at checkout, as we cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur once the package has left our possession. In the event of transit damage, it is the responsibility of the buyer to initiate a claim with the postal service, if necessary.
